Masterchef was on just now and one of them was cooking squab.
I know Cathal O’Sullivan is probably going to give me shit for this, but I honestly do not know what a squab is.
It’s pigeon meat, basically.
But all I can think of when I hear the word ‘squab’ is the lads off CSI collecting DNA from inside people’s cheeks.
Also, pigeon meat doesn’t sound very appealing.
